Luis Fraga is a fashion technical designer, skateboarder, and entrepreneur who specializes in developing garments for urban athletes. He earned his BFA in Fashion Design from the University of North Texas in Denton. His passion for urban sports and curiosity for problem-solving are the driving forces that keep refining his keen eye to innovate performance gear.
